CARNIVAL COSTUME DESIGNERS AND PRODUCERS
- We believe that all men and women are brothers and sisters, regardless of nationality, color, religion or race, and that we can all celebrate our cultures under one banner.
- One of our missions is to bring a vibrant authenticity to the expression of our carnival themes.
- We research and incorporate historical, contemporary, and futuristic ideas in our portrayals; while we focus on expressing the creativity of our art forms.
In 2010 VICE CARNIVAL's 1st portrayal for DC Carnival won:
- 2nd place Small Band of the Year with the potrayal “TREASURES OF KING TUT".
In 2011 VICE CARNIVAL's 2nd portrayal for DC Carnival won:
- 1st place Small Band of the Year with the portral “THE ELEMENTS OF BLING" and
- 1st place in the adult female individual competition.
