The Washington D.C. Carnival is the 3rd largest attended Caribbean festival in the U.S.A. Crowd estimates of well over 200,000 visitors come from various parts of the US, Canada and the Caribbean generating revenues in the millions for the hotel, transportation, alcohol and the food and beverage industry in Washington DC area over one weekend.
